1 <br /> AZURE ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> April 30, 1996 AZ145-001 <br />' QUARTERLY GROUND-WATER MONITORING REPORT <br /> January 1 through March 31, 1996 <br />' Manna Pro Facility <br /> Stockton, California <br />' 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br />' This Quarterly Ground-Water Monitoring Report is submitted on behalf of Manna Pro <br /> Corporation ("Manna Pro") for the facility at 4004 South El Dorado Street in Stockton, <br /> California("the Site", Figures 1 and 2) This report presents the results of ground-water <br />' monitoring performed at the Site for the period of January 1 through March 31, 1996 This <br /> report also contains a technical status summary of the work completed at the Site during the <br /> quarterly period and work anticipated to be performed during April through June, 1996 <br />' 2.0 DESCRIPTION OF GROUND-WATER MONITORING PROGRAM <br />' The ground-water monitoring program at the Site consists of the following activities <br /> 0 Quarterly collection of ground-water level measurements from monitoring wells <br /> G Quarterly collection and laboratory analysis of ground-water-samples from monitoring wells, <br /> in accordance with the monitoring schedule in Table 1 <br /> G Quarterly submttal of round-water monitoring reports <br /> 3.0 GROUND-WATER MONITORING RESULTS <br />' 3_1 Ground-Water Elevations and Flow Direction <br /> Water-level measurements and calculated ground-water elevations were collected from <br /> I monitoring wells at the Site on March 26, 1996 and are summarized in Table 2 Ground-water <br /> elevations from Site monitoring wells were used to construct potentiometric contours for shallow- <br /> zone sediments A water table elevation contour map for the shallow ground-water zone is <br /> illustrated in Figure 3 <br /> Ground-water level data indicate the depth to ground water measured in onsite wells on <br />' March 26, 1996 vaned between 31 02- and 33 01-feet below grade During the period <br /> between October 1991 and March 1996, the depth to ground water vaned between 31 43 feet <br /> (March 1996) and 42 60 feet (October 1992) below grade at well MW-1 Based upon these <br />' data, it appears that water levels at the Site have nsen approximately 10 feet during the period <br /> between October 1992 and March 1996 <br /> 1 <br />
