r <br /> CLOSURE CHRONOLOGY FOR MARTINI AUTO 4032 N. ELDORADO <br /> STOCKTON CA-SITE #508130 <br /> Carol Oz <br /> September-25, 1998 (1) 550 gal. waste oil UST removed this date. Soil odor and <br /> discoloration were observed. The vent line was filled in place with cement slurry. <br /> t <br /> September 29, 1998 Soil samples from UST removal evidence BTEX, TPHd and g and j <br /> PCB contamination.. Prop 65 notification completed. <br /> October 2 1998 Site entered LOP <br /> October 8, 1998 NOR was sent to RP. <br /> October 9 1998 PHS/EHD approved a limited over-excavation work plan. <br /> Octover 14, 1998 Consultant informed PHS/EHD that landfill would not accept over- <br /> excavated'soils due to PCB contamination. <br /> Mily 20 1999 NOR was sent to additional RPs. <br /> March 16, 2000 Observed soil borings constructed at site and collection of soil and <br /> groundwater samples in the area around the previously located waste oil UST. One <br /> boring and sample collection was observed in the NW section of the property where <br /> consultant research indicated ARCO removed USTs in 1974. The investigation of the <br /> ARCO UST area was completed as an Environmental Assessment (not under Clean Up <br /> Fund). <br /> March 23 2000 Soil samples evidenced ND contamination in ARCO UST area to.40 <br /> feet bsg. Soil samples evidence petroleum and PCE contamination at 10 feet bsg in waste <br /> oil UST area;ND soil results from 20 to 30 feet bsg. Groundwater samples evidenced <br /> contamination in waste oil UST area but were ND in ARCO UST area. <br /> August 2 2000 Report of Findings was reviewed by PHS/EHD. <br /> August 7' 2000 PHS/EHD began closure chronology for this site. <br />
