T faxed him a copy of the letter, and he indicated (or so I <br /> -- - -thought) that-I'would be-hearing-from}your office-shortly: <br /> Ms. Sandy Gill of the State of California Water Resources Control <br /> Board is VERY anxious to move forward with our claim application. <br /> However, she will not approve our LUST funding until the "Fees and <br /> Penalties" issue is resolved. <br /> We are anxious to move forward.
