St. Mary's High School <br /> 5648 °N 'El Dorado <br /> Stockton CA 95207 <br /> Chronology <br /> 02/22185 Tanks 2 and 3 removed on or before this date. There was no inspector <br /> from PHSIEHD or the fire department present for the removal. R.P. 1 <br /> stated that the tanks were not pumped prior to removal and some <br /> product spilled on the ground. <br /> 03/12/85 Former tank location was over excavated. The final size of the over <br /> excavation was 9'W x 141 x 13'D. Soil was taken to contractor's facility <br /> for spreading and aeration. <br /> 11/02/92 Underground Storage Tank Unauthorized Release Report (UAR) 92- <br /> U112 fled today for the two removed tanks. <br /> 07/11/96 Site put into LOP program. <br /> 09/27/96 Drilled two borings into former tank location. One boring showed <br /> contamination extending to depth of 40 feet. 15 foot sample results in <br /> ppm: TPHg 2900, Benzene <5, Toluene 6.5, Ethyibenzene 11, Xylene <br /> 270. 40 foot sample results in ppm: TPHg 1.8, Benzene ND, Toluene <br /> ND, Ethyibenzene .026, Xylene .018. MTBE was not detected. <br /> 11/13/96 Drilled two additional borings to determine lateral extent of <br /> contamination. One positive result from P-3 at 30 feet for Benzene at <br /> .0014 ppm was obtained. <br /> 01/13/97 Received and reviewed analytical data obtained from the borings. <br /> Contamination is limited vertically and horizontally. <br /> 01/14/97 Completed closure documentation. <br /> I <br /> f <br /> 1 <br /> I, <br /> l <br /> ; i <br />
