In order close the violations the following will need to be submitted <br /> Amended SPCC plan for violation 710 <br /> And the following as requested by Aaron: <br /> Upon reviewing the documents,the monthly inspection forms do not have any dates on them. Could <br /> you please update these inspection forms to include the date.Also submit a statement that you will <br /> perform all daily and monthly inspections and testing according to your SPCC plan. <br /> Furthermore,in order to close out another violation,please provide discharge prevention briefings to <br /> you and your staff. <br /> Such briefings must highlight and describe known discharges or failures,malfunctioning components, <br /> and any recently developed precautionary measures. Immediately schedule and conduct a discharge <br /> Prevention briefing,ensure that they are scheduled and conducted at least once a year. <br /> Please submit the discharge prevention briefing training roster with description of how to respond to a <br /> spill,responses to malfunctioning equipment,and any other precautionary measures. Please submit a <br /> statement that you will hold this training at least once a year. <br /> FREE classes presented by NES Inc. are available to all San Joaquin County Hazardous <br /> Waste, Underground Storage Tank, and Aboveground Petroleum Storage Facility Business Owners and <br /> Operators.
