Pete, <br /> The violation states that on page 23,table 5-1,of the Spill Prevention Control,and Countermeasure(SPCC) Plan,the plan <br /> cites Steel Tank Institute SP-001 inspection schedule standard for the tanks.The Plan indicates the 1-D(12,000 gallon <br /> diesel)tank has an optional formal external inspection.
