I was told at that time that we would need to have an engineer <br /> approve the update to table 5-1 as this was considered a technical amendment. <br /> I signed a contract in December of 2018 with Terracon(Terracon purchased Neil 0.Anderson the original plan author)to <br /> provide an updated page 23 that amends table 5-1 to reflect the 20 year inspection interval as well as an engineer's <br /> signature. To date Terracon has yet to provide either. I have continued to pursue Terracon in order to get an updated <br /> page 23 for our plan. In the interim I have made a"pen and ink' change to the table in the plan as well as maintaining <br /> the inspection report provided by Tanknology. <br /> As I have explained before,we have done everything in our power to resolve this and feel that what we have in place <br /> satisfies the spirit of the law in that we have had the tank inspected by a certified STI SP001 Inspector and will adhere to <br /> that inspection schedule. What remains is the technical aspect of the law in that the table needs to be updated in print <br /> and an engineer needs to sign it.
