The Site has
been part of an environmental investigation case under the direction of the San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD). This work plan presents a detailed scope of work proposed
for monitoring and remediation well destruction as required by SJCEHD letter dated August 23, 2013
(Attachment A). Well construction details and the proposed well destruction method for each well are
included in Table 1.
Site Health and Safety Plan
As required by the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) "Hazardous Waste Operations
and Emergency Response" guidelines (29 CFR 1910.12o) and by California Occupational Health and Safety
Administration (Cal-OSHA) "Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response" guidelines (CCR
Title 8, Section 5192), the contractor will prepare a site specific Health and Safety Plan (HASP).
