The EHD will issue a closure letter (1 ) once notification <br /> requirements and opportunity for public participation in the case closure decision process have <br /> been completed in accordance with the Low-threat Underground Storage Tank Case Closure <br /> Policy (LTCP) enacted by the State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) on 17 <br /> August 2012; (2) all wells have been property destroyed ; and (3) waste manifests signed by the <br /> receiving facility have been submitted to this agency. <br />{ <br /> As required by the LTCP, please notify "municipal and county water districts, water <br /> replenishment districts, special act districts with groundwater management authority, agencies <br /> with authority to issue building permits for land affected by the petroleum release, owners and <br /> occupants of the property impacted by the petroleum release, and the owners and occupants of <br /> all parcels adjacent 4o the impacted property' of the pending case closure and of their <br /> opportunity to submit comments or questions regarding the pending closure to this agency. <br /> Those to be notified include , but are not limited to : California Water Service Company in <br /> Stockton , City of Stockton Water District, San Joaquin County Public. Water Utilities <br /> Maintenance , East Water District, Stockton Community Development Department and Stockton <br /> Public Works Department.
