The scope
of work of the original workplan called for the Installation of seven groundwater monitoring wells
and the performance of oxygen injection bench scale testing. Based upon a conversation with
Mr. Mike Infurna of San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department on March 8, 2007,
this addendum has been prepared to add the installation of additional monitoring wells to help
complete site assessment. Two additional shallow zone monitoring wells (MW-21 and MW-22)
and one intermediate zone groundwater monitoring well (MW-23) have been added to the
original scope of work and will be installed at the locations on Figure 1 . Field and laboratory
procedures outlined in the original workplan will remain the same.
i
Should you have any questions regarding this project, please feel free to contact the
undersigned at (916) 861 -0400.
Sincerely, Eb
SECOR international Incorporated t E' MrYfi
Prepared by: Reviewed by: c+
# EXP,
&sky
120112008
Kristin Shelton Ru , .
