M5 <br /> C ITY OF STOC KTON <br /> REVOCABLE PERMIT <br /> One Ground Water Monitoring Well <br /> Installed Behind Face of Curb <br /> Permit No . : 07- 11 W <br /> Date : July 24 . 2007 <br /> Well Location : EL DORADO STREET AND HAMMER LANE <br /> Permittee : STRATUS ENVIRONMENTAL INC <br /> 3330 CAMERON PARK DRIVE <br /> CAMERON PARK, CA 95682 <br /> In accordance with Ordinance 028-00 , passed by the Council of the City of Stockton on <br /> November 6 , 2000 , a permit revocable at the pleasure of the Public Works Director of the <br /> City of Stockton is hereby granted to : <br /> STRATUS ENVIRONMENTAL INC <br /> To install and maintain three (3 ) ground water monitoring wells in the vicinity of EI <br /> Dorado Street and Hammer Lane , Stockton CA. <br /> This permit is granted under the following terms and conditions : <br /> 1 . This revocable permit is granted subject to the Standard Conditions Applicable to <br /> Revocable Permits adopted by this City Council by Resolution No . 00-0554 on <br /> November 14, 2000 , and on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of <br /> Stockton . <br /> 2 . The general location of the wells shall be as shown on the map attached . The <br /> precise location shall be determined in the field by the City of Stockton . The wells <br /> shall be located outside of the paved area of the street. The wells shall not be <br /> installed within any travel lanes . <br />
