To answer your questions below, a 'No Further Action Letter' has not been sent because the wells associated with this site have yet to be destroyed . To date, the permits to destroy the wells have not been submitted to this agency. Once the wells have been destroyed and our agency has received the report that contains the manifests for the waste generated during the well destructions, the Environmental Health Department will issue the 'No Further Action Letter'.
