y <br /> v <br /> i <br /> Work Plan May 17, 1991 <br /> ARCO Service Station No. 2130, Stockton, California AGS 30003-1W <br /> STTE BACKGROUND AND ADJACENT PROPERTY <br /> ARCO Service Station No. 2130 is located on the northeast corner of North El Dorado <br /> and Hammer Larne in Stockton, California, as shown on the Site Vicinity Map (Plate P- <br /> 1). The property adjacent to the site at the intersection is commercial and residential as <br /> shown on the Adjacent Property Map, (Plate P-2). <br /> The approximate locations of the existing underground tanks relative to site structures <br /> are shown on the Generalized Site Plan (Plate P-3). lnformatian provided by ARCO <br /> personnel indicates that there are three tanks in use at the site. The tanks store super <br /> unleaded, regular unleaded, and leaded gasoline. A fourth tank is no longer in use. It is <br /> our understanding from ARCO personnel that no other tanks have occupied the <br /> gasoline-storage tank cavity and that the tanks have not stored other fluids. <br /> PRO)CDA=TO WELTS AND UTELX= <br /> It is our understanding from City of Stockton personnel that the city provides water and kllQ <br /> sanitary sewer for the site. Based on our search of utility records at the Department of WV <br /> Public Works, City of Stockton,water and sewer lines are located within 50 feet of the; <br /> western property boundary of.the she.(Plate P-3). No septic tanks or leachfields are <br /> located near the site. There are no municipal, domestic, or irrigation water wells within _o �, <br /> 500 feet of the site. Data obtained from the California Department of Water Resources ;}' <br /> indicates watersuppiy wells are within one-half mile of the site. The wells are listed in <br /> Table 1 and depicted on Plate P-1.
