Since the original
level of oil and grease exceeded 19,000 mg/kg, Murray & Associates recommends that no
further soil remediation be completed at the subject property. Althr.,jgh the analytical
' results of the water samples collected from the three monitoring wells were not available
for inclusion in this report, they will be submitted to the San Joaquin County Department
of Health as soon as they are received. A decline with time in the level of purgeable
halocarbons found in MW-1 and MW-3 will verify complete source removal.
LIMITATIONS
This report was prepared in general accordance with the accepted standard of practice
which exists in Northern California at the time the investigation was performed. No other
warranty, either expressed or implied, is made.
We appreciate the opportunity of working with you on this project.
