A complete set of plans has also been <br /> submitted to the City of Stockton Building, Planning and Fire Departments for review, <br /> comment, and approval prior to construction and installation of the VES_ <br /> 6.33 Construction and Construction Inspection <br /> Following approval of the FRP, obtaining City Building, Fire and Planning Department <br /> permits and SJVUAPCD air permit to construct, ARCO will initiate system installation in <br /> accordance with the approved Plans and Specifications Construction will include <br /> installation of vapor extraction wells VW-11 and VW-12, air sparge wells AS-2 and AS-3, <br /> and sparge monitoring point MS-4, completion of wellhead piping connections to these <br /> wells, pressure testing of lines, construction of the remediation compound, connection of <br /> electrical service and installation and plumbing of all process equipment (blower and off-gas <br /> abatement system) related to the VES and air sparge system <br /> 6_4 System Startup and Operation <br /> After completion of system installation, we will begin operation of the proposed VES and <br /> air sparge system Start-up procedures will include system monitoring, maintenance, and <br /> sampling within the first 5 days of operation Operation and maintenance of the system as <br /> described above typically includes daily site inspections for the first 5 days of operation, and <br /> site visits once every week for the first month After the first month of operation, site visits <br /> 30003-13 12 <br />
