��ALAV� <br /> Working to Restore Nature <br /> 7.0 SCHEDULE OF OPERATIONS <br /> The Schedule of Tasks depicts the preliminary schedule to complete the previously described <br /> tasks These task time estimates do not include delays associated with the procurement and <br /> installation of the vapor extraction and air sparging equipment, permitting or equipment <br /> delivery The time frames for the appropriate regulatory agencies to review and approve <br /> the FRP, permits, and construction Plans and Specifications are also estimated in the <br /> I <br /> schedule <br /> The schedule assumes that the performance evaluation will show that the remediation <br /> I system is effectively removing hvdrocarbons from areas of impacted soil and groundwater <br /> onsite It also assumes that no additional onsite or offsite vapor extraction wells, air <br /> sparging wells, or other remedial technologies are required to effectively remediate onsite <br /> soil and groundwater once the treatment system is operational Installation of additional <br /> I � wells will require submittal of a work plan to regulatory agencies, well permits to install <br /> wells, and installation and tie in of wells to the existing system <br /> I To verify cleanup of previously impacted soil,verification borings will be drilled and samples <br /> collected and analyzed to show that the soil has been remediated below currently <br /> established State cleanup levels Site closure for soil may be initiated in conjunction with <br /> closure for onsite groundwater (after completion of the installation and operation of the air <br /> sparge system) <br /> 80 LIMITATIONS <br /> I <br /> This report was prepared in accordance with generally accepted standards of environmental <br /> geological and engineering practice in California at the time this investigation was <br /> performed This assessment was conducted solely for the purpose of evaluating <br /> I <br /> environmental conditions of the soil and groundwater with respect to gasoline and related <br /> 1 <br /> x <br /> 3(M3-13 is <br /> 1 <br />
