URS <br /> January 5, 2004 <br /> l <br /> I Mr Mike Infurna 02130 <br /> San Joaquin County 06 a3 <br /> Environmental Health Department <br /> 304 East Weber Avenue, Third Floor <br /> Stockton, California <br /> �1RE- Revised Site Conceptual Model Report <br /> ARCO Service Station 2130 <br /> I7906 North El Dorado Street, Stockton, California <br /> U <br /> Dear Mr Infurna <br /> URS Corporation Americas (URS), on behalf of Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO) has prepared this <br /> Revised Site Conceptual Model (SCM) for ARCO service station 2130 located at 7906 North El Dorado <br /> Street in Stockton, California (site) This report was prepared in response to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department(SJCEHD)letter dated October 2,2002,included as Appendix A,in which <br /> 1 an SCM for the site was requested <br /> The purpose of this SCM is to provide detailed modeling of the subsurface along with an evaluation of recent <br /> } groundwater analytical data from existing site wells so that the petroleum hydrocarbon impacts at the site can <br /> k be fully characterized <br /> - BACKGROUND <br /> Site Setting <br /> The site is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Hammer Lane and El Dorado Street in <br /> Stockton,California(Figures 1 and 2) The site is an operating ARCO service station and AM/PM muni-mart <br /> Currently, site facilities include double-walled fiberglass gasoline underground storage tanks (USTs),two <br /> dispenser islands, and associated product lines <br /> Groundwater Use <br /> In April 2003,URS conducted a well records file review at the Department of Water Resources(DWR) The <br /> �1 information requested was as follows general well information, and production well information for wells <br /> within a radius of 2,000 feet from the site In addition, URS obtained a report from Environmental Data <br /> Resources (EDR) identifying wells within 1/2 mile of the site <br /> I <br /> The DRW records search did not identify any domestic or public groundwater production within a 2,000-foot <br /> radius of the site The EDR report identified a total of seven groundwater production wells located between 1/4 <br /> and 1/2 mile from the site (Appendix B) The City of Stockton Public Works Department (CSPWD) was <br /> URS Group Inc <br /> Crown Corporate Center <br /> 2870 Gateway Oaks Drive Suite 300 <br /> Sacramento CA 95833 <br /> Tel 916 679 2000 <br /> Fax 916 679 2900 K\WprocessV5 BP ARC0`0213MSite Conceptual Model Reportl2130 SCM Rev 2 doc <br />
