Take <br /> frequent breaks in a wane, sheltered area. Provide warm nonalcoholic drinks. For frostbite <br /> victims wane injured part gradually, do not rub! Warm hypothermia victims and transport to <br /> emergency medical care. <br /> 0 Underground/Overhead Utilities (show location of utilities on site map) <br /> ✓ How were underground utilities identified?
