f
06 December 2000
= AGE-NC Project No. 95-0100
_. Page 6 of 6
4.0. CONCLUSIONS
Based upon results of ground water monitoring well sampling, AGE concludes:
The dissolved hydrocarbon concentrations have decreased to near or below laboratory
method detection limits. This decrease is attributed to the vapor extraction and air sparging
activities at the site. An additional ground water sampling event should be conducted.to
confirm the nature of the dissolved hydrocarbon concentrations and evaluate plume stability.
• During the past six months of soil vapor extraction, an estimated 25 gallons of petroleum as
' gasoline have been extracted.
=- 5.0. RECOMMENDATIONS
Continue monitoring of ground water wells and soil vapor extraction, the next ground water
monitoring event is scheduled for December 2000.
j 6.0. LIMITATIONS
==1 Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by
environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities. The findings were based upon
_ analytical results provided by an independent laboratory. Evaluations of the geologic/hydrogeologic
conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation were made from a limited number of
available data points (i.e. monitoring wells, soil, air [soil vapor], soil and water samples) and
17subsurface, conditions may vary away from these data points. No. other warranty, expressed or
1 implied, is made as to the professional recommendations contained in this report.
<1
:1
Advmiced GeoEnvironmental,Inc.
