The borings were converted
to monitoring wells MW and MW2. Sod samples were collected at 35.5 feet bsg.
Analytical results were non-detect(ND) for BTEX.
11/5/1986 Developed MW1 and MW2.
11/14/1986 Sampled MWl and MW2. Analytical results were ND for BTEX.
j 09/21/1987 UST-1 was removed. Soil samples were collected from the excavation. Results of water samples and trip blank were ND for
BTEX.
8/16/1988 Installed new 2,000-gallon diesel UST immediate northwest of UST-2
10/18/1988 Removed new 2,000-gallon diesel UST due to failed precision test. Soil samples
from east end of the tank at 12.6 feet bsg had a diesel concentration of 1,600 parts
per million (ppm) and xylenes at 0.49 ppm.
12/20/1988 Re-excavated to 16 feet bsg. Soil samples collected at depth were ND for diesel and
BTEX.
10/5/1995 Sampled MW2. Results of MW2 water sample and trip blank were ND for BTEX
and diesel.
3/24/1998 Sampled MWl and MW2. Results were ND for diesel,BTEX,and MTBE.
6/17/1998 EHD inspected sampling of MW1,MW2,and domestic well located in the
basement level of the facility approximately 45 feet northwest of MWl.
Construction detail of the\ domestic well is unknown. Results were ND for diesel,
BTEX,and MTBE,1,2-DCA,and EDB using EPA Method 8260.
12/15/1998 UST-2 closed in place under permit and inspection of EHD.
