AIR MONTTORING The Safety Coo rdinator/Projer v[anager will conduct periodic air monitoring using dire:.,reading sampling equipment as required. Total organic vapor measurements will be used to determine the appropriate levels of respiratory protection and conditions For site evacuations. Total organic vapor concentrations in the workers' breathing zone in excess of 10 ppm above background will trriger an upgrade from level D to level C protection. Breathing zone concentrations in e.-rcess of 250 ppm will stop the work on-site until the work zone concentrations are reduced to below 250 ppm.
