Location and Description of site <br /> I <br /> Village West Marina 6649 Embarcadero Drive, Stockton CA. The tank <br /> site is in a levee along 14 Mile Slough. <br /> B. Description of Hazardous Wastes and Substances <br /> There were three tanks . Two tanks contained regular gasoline and <br /> one tank contained diesel fuel . There are two operating .tanks at <br /> this time. <br /> C. Threat to Public Health and Environment <br /> There is 5 . 8 ppm of Benzene at the capillary frindge remaining in <br /> the soil from the overexcavation and 96 ppb of Benzene in MW-6 . <br /> II . Site Status <br /> A. Status of Site Activity <br /> A comment letter dated February 10, 1995 recommended reports to be <br /> j sent every quarter and these reports must comply with CCR Section <br /> I 2652 (d) , installation of two additional monitoring wells to define <br /> the existing plume and remediation of residual soil contamination <br /> in former the overexcavation. <br /> B. Projected Revenue Sources <br /> SB 2009 Reimbursement Fund Money distributed by SWRCB <br /> i <br />
