Irwin, Inc. . <br /> Soil contamination has been documented between 15 and 20 feet <br /> below surface during construction of MW-6. Further soil <br /> investigation may be needed in the future in order to define <br /> the extent of contamination in the soil. <br /> Groundwater contamination has been documented on this site. <br /> The inferred groundwater gradient direction reported on <br /> 6/29/94 is to the East. In order that the groundwater gradient <br /> direction can be confirmed, measurements should be taken at <br /> least once a month and taken at variable times relative to the <br /> tides in order to check for tidal influence. <br /> A well survey shall be conducted to determine any well <br /> influences within 2, 000 feet, and the proximity of private, <br /> municipal, and irrigation wells shall be included in a report. <br /> Pursuant to Section 2652 (d) of the Underground Storage Tank <br /> Regulations (California Code of Regulations, Title 23, subchapter <br /> 16) a quarterly monitoring report shall be submitted to Public <br /> Health Services, Environmental Health Division and Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) until the <br /> investigation and cleanup of the site is deemed adequate. The <br /> report is to show the: <br /> -status of investigation and cleanup activities including the <br /> results of all investigations completed to date; <br /> -proposed continuing or next phase of investigation; <br /> -methods of cleanup proposed or implemented, schedules for the <br /> completion of the investigation of the site and remediation; <br /> -methods and location of disposal of the released hazardous <br /> substance and any contaminated soil, groundwater or surface <br /> water; <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
