i <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for remediation of an <br /> underground leaking storage tank site located at 6649 Embarcadero, in the City of Stockton, <br /> has been reviewed by San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS/EHD). The plan is a proposal for mitigation of hazardous substances which <br /> contaminated the site due to unauthorized releases associated with underground storage <br /> tanks (UST) which were located on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division, Local UST <br /> made a tentative determination that the plan is in compliance with <br /> Oversight Program, has r t <br /> local, State and Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not create <br /> significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from <br /> cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the Margaret Klausner Troke <br /> Public Library at 502 W. Benjamin Holt Drive, Stockton, and PHS/EHD, 445 N.
