L t <br /> UMr. Steve Sasson - <br /> Village West Workplan Addendum 11 <br /> /• lune 14, 1995 <br /> LSoil and Waste Water Disposal <br /> Water evacuated from the wells prior to sampling and soil cuttings determined to be <br /> rr' <br /> L� contaminated based on OVA readings will be placed in DoT-approved drums, identified and <br /> stored on-site for later treatment or disposal at the discretion of the property owner. Soil <br /> cuttings which do not appear to be contaminated based upon OVA readings will be placed on <br /> and covered with plastic sheeting until certified laboratory reports are reviewed. <br /> Reporting <br /> L <br /> Subsequent to the completed field investigation and receipt of laboratory results,. a <br /> comprehensive Problem Assessment Report will be prepared following the Tri-Regional <br /> Guidelines and submitted to Mr. Dwight Davis of the Pegasus Group. After his review, the <br /> r' report will be immediately forwarded to the SJCEHD for regulatory review, comment, and <br /> further directions. The Problem Assessment Report will detail the methodology and results of <br /> the investigation, including tabulated 'capillary fringe and ground-water analytical results and <br /> • sounding data, boring logs with well completion diagrams, and the results of flow <br /> direction/gradient calculations. <br /> r . Schedule <br /> 1 <br /> Work is tentatively scheduled to commence in July 1995, provided that approval of this <br /> workplan addendum has been received from the SJCEHD. It is anticipated that drilling and well <br /> installation will require at least one working day and monitoring well development and sampling <br /> will require an additional day. The report will be submitted to the responsible party for review <br /> within the better part of 60 days following completion of all field and analytical work.
