Additional Site Assessment Work Plan Addendum <br /> ENTERPRISE INVESTMENTS (Former.I.13. Murphy Trucking) <br /> 355 Enterprise Place, Tracy, California <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Mr. Monty Warren of Enterprise Investments,Advanced GeoEnvironlnental. Inc. <br /> (AGE)has prepared an addendum to the report entitled Additional Site Assessment Work Plan dated <br /> 07 February 2006 for 355 Enterprise Place, Tracy, California (site). The location of the site is <br /> illustrated on Figure 1. A plan of the site is illustrated on Figure 2. Site background information is <br /> provided in Appendix A. <br /> The San Joaquin County Enviromnental Health Department(EHD)has directed by a letter dated 17 <br /> April 2007 (Appendix B) that revisions be considered for the AGE-prepared Additional Site <br /> Assessment Work Plan dated 07 February 2006. This work plan has been prepared in accordance <br /> with Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) guidelines for the <br /> investigation of underground storage tanks (UST) sites. <br /> 2.0. SCOPE OF WORK <br /> The revised scope of work includes the advancement of six soil borings for the collection of soil, <br /> ground water and six soil-vapor sample borings. Two previously approved borings and four <br /> additional borings will be advanced to further assess the lateral and vertical extent of hydrocarbon- <br /> impacted soil and ground water. Six separate borings will be advanced to access the potential for <br /> vapor intrusion of hydrocarbon-impacted soil. <br /> The site assessment will include the following tasks: <br /> • Pre-field work activities, <br /> • Soil, ground water and soil-vapor sample collection and analysis; <br /> • Report preparation <br /> The tasks are discussed below. <br /> 2.1. PRE-FIELD WORK TASKS <br /> Site assessment permits will be obtained from the EHD. In addition, an update to the site health and <br /> safety plan presently on-file will be prepared in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health <br /> Guidance Manual for Hazardous Waste Site Activities (National Institute for Occupational Safety <br /> and Health Administration, U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, 1985). <br /> Advanced Geo Environmental,Inc. <br />
