Nos. 0205-072-1 through 0205-072-6), QA/QC report and chain-of-custody form are included in Appendix B. 4.0. SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS Based on the data collected from the site, AGE concludes: j • Ground water flow at the site on 13 May 2002 was inferred to be toward the east-southeast '= at a gradient of 0.0006 feet/feet. --� • TPH-g was detected in the ground water samples collected from wells MW1 and EWl at concentrations of 110 µg/1 and 100 gg/l,respectively. • The lateral extent of petroleum hydrocarbon-impacted ground water has been defined in all J directions except towards the east of the former UST area; The vertical extent has been defined.Petroleum hydrocarbon-impacted groundwater does not extend beyond 35 feet bsg. An isoconcentration map illustrating the approximate extent of dissolved TPH-g is presented in Figure 4. 5.0. RECOMMENDATIONS Based on the findings of the environmental activities recounted in this report, AGE recommends, continued quarterly monitoring of the ground water monitoring wells on-site. The next monitoring event should be performed in August 2002. :1 6.0. LIMITATIONS Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities. The findings were based upon analytical results provided by an independent laboratory.Evaluation ofthe hydrogeologic conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation was made from a limited number of available data ' points(i.e.,ground water samples)and subsurface conditions may vary away from these data points.- No other warranty,expressed or implied,is made as to the professional interpretations,opinions and recommendations contained in this report.
