THE SADDLE TANKS ON THE TRUCK DID NOT APPEAR TO <br /> RUPTURE. <br /> OBSERVATIONS: <br /> MET WITH WOODBRIDGE FIRE ON SITE. OBSERVED FIRE DAMAGE TO THE TRACTOR AND TRAILER OF A PAT <br /> FRUTH(ICC MC 235831)SEMI-TRAILER TRUCK. TWO 125-GAL SADDLE TANKS DID NOT APPEAR RUPTURED. <br /> ACCORDING TO THE TRUCK DRIVER,THE SADDLE TANKS WERE OVER HALF-FILLED AT THE TIME OF THE <br /> INCIDENT. SHEEN AND CHARD DEBRIS OBSERVED ON BOTH SIDES OF THE PARKED TRUCK LEADING TO A <br /> DRAIN, LOCATED ON THE NORTH EAST CORNER OF THE PARKING LOT.WOODBRIDGE FIRE APPROXIMATE 15 <br /> GALS OF DIESEL, 5 GALS OF MOTOR OIL, AND 3 GALS OF ANTIFREEZE ENTERED THE DRAIN. LOVE'S TRAVEL <br /> STOP FACILITY PERSONNEL APPLIED ABSORBENT AND BOOM AROUND THE DRAIN. LMH ENVIRONMENTAL AND <br /> PATRIOT ENVIRONMENTAL EN ROUTE TO SUPERVISE AND CONDUCT CLEAN UP, RESPECTIVELY.WHERE THE <br /> IMPACTED DRAIN LEADS TO IS UNCLEAR AT THIS TIME. IT IS UNCLEAR IF THE DRAIN LEADS TO WHITE <br /> SLOUGH,AN ON SITE OIL WATER SEPARATOR, OR A RETENTION POND. THE TWO 125-GAL SADDLE TANKS <br /> WERE SUSPECTED TO BE NEAR TO EMPTY BY LMH AND PATRIOT UPON INSPECTION. ED LEITCH OFLMH <br /> STATED THE WASTE GENERATED FROM THE CLEAN-UP WILL BE TAKEN TO KETTLEMAN HILLS HAZARDOUS <br /> WASTE FACILITY. <br /> Please be advised that the disposal of any waste[HSC 5411]or disposal of any hazardous waste, or the causing thereof, is <br /> prohibited when the disposal is at a facility which is not permitted or authorized for hazardous waste disposal. [HSC 25189.5 <br /> (a).].
