=WASTE TIRE FACILITY PERMIT Facility/Permit Number: <br /> TPID # 1609501 <br /> 12. Legal Description of Facility: <br /> Assessor's Parcel Number(APN): 143-240-07 <br /> GPS Coordinates: N 37°, 50 min., 19 sec; W 10210, 14 min.,52 sec <br /> 13. Findings: <br /> a. This permit is consistent with the standards adopted by the California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery <br /> (CalRecycle)as required by Title 14,California Code of Regulations(CCR), Division 7, Chapter 6. <br /> b. The design and operation of the facility is consistent with the Waste Tire Storage and Disposal Standards applicable to a Minor <br /> waste tire facility,pursuant to PRC, Section 42830 et.seq,and implementing regulations found in 14 CCR, Division 7,Chapter <br /> 3. <br /> c. The facility is located within an Industrial(1)zone,and is consistent with the City of Stockton's zoning designation,General <br /> Plan 2035 and Final Environmental Impact Report(SCH 2004082066). It is determined that the project is statutorily exempt by <br /> General Rule - 14 CCR, Section 15061 (b)(3). <br /> d. This permit does not release the permittee from their responsibility under any other existing laws,ordinances,regulations,or <br /> statutes of other government agencies. <br /> 14.
