("7-Eleven") for the location referenced above. <br /> Item 1: On your inspection report, you noted that the filters for dispensers 1/2 and 3/4 were <br /> outside of the secondary containment. You requested modifications be made to include the filters <br /> in the within the containment structure. <br /> Resolution 1: Manufacturer supplied deflector plates were installed by LC Services on <br /> 10/27/2017. A cut sheet of the equipment is attached for your records. <br /> Item 2: On your inspection report you noted a few changes needed to be made to the information <br /> entered into the states CERS system for this store. Specifically, you noted (1) the tank forms <br /> needed to be updated to show secondary piping on the vents, vapor recovery, and riser piping, (2) <br /> the monitoring plans needed to be updated to show positive shut down for, versus stopping flow <br /> at,the dispensers, and (3)the vent sump sensor needed to be added to the site plan. <br /> Resolution 2: All of the items/sections noted were updated on 9/26/2017 as requested and are <br /> available for review in CERS. <br /> Item 3: During your inspection you were unable to locate a copy of the most recent/approved <br /> monitoring plan in the store records. <br /> Resolution 3: The most current/approved monitoring plan was on site for review in electronic <br /> format in the 7-Eleven Efile Cabinet. Also, a copy of the newly updated monitoring plan will be <br /> delivered to the store and added to the store's electronic file following approval from the EHD. <br /> Item 4: During your inspection you observed liquid in the 87 and 91 fill sumps. According to <br /> your inspection report you requested that we ensure all sumps are maintained free of liquid.
