That letter approved the work plan conditional on the <br /> following items being addressed in an addendum. For convenience, the RWQCB's comment is <br /> italicized and Kleinfelder's response is in plain text. <br /> Item#1 <br /> Because the report does not discuss groundwater sampling procedures, the workplan should <br /> reference the 13 April 2001 Sampling and Analysis Plan and the 2 May 2001 Addendum No. 1 <br /> prepared by Kleinfelder. <br /> We agree with the requirement. <br /> Item#2 <br /> Please resubmit Figure 2 with the building features shown.
