WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREAS ORDER NO. - 10- <br /> PAT MITCHELL AND CALIFORNIA NATURAL PRODUCTS <br /> WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL FACILITY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> calculated as 100% of the total nitrogen content of the waste, unless and until the Discharger <br /> demonstrates that another proportion is technically justified, as described in Provision F.12. <br /> 3. Effective as of the date of this Order,the maximum BODS loading to the designated disposal <br /> Fields shall not exceed: <br /> a. 3001bs/acre on any single day: <br /> b. 1001bs/acre/day as a 7-day average: and <br /> c. The maximum loading rate that ensures that the discharge will not create a nuisance.. <br /> 3•.4.0bjectionable odors originating at this facility shall not be perceivable beyond the limits of the <br /> property lines.aste,.ater._.,.,«., entand ,7,,.... sal <br /> 3�5.The wastewater discharged to the 17.6 acre land application area or the landscaped application <br /> area shall not have a pH of less than 6.5 or greater than 8.5. <br /> 446.The Discharger shall operate all systems and equipment to maximize treatment of wastewater <br /> and optimize the quality of the discharge. <br /> 357.The Discharger's wastewater treatment system and land disposal system shall be designed, <br /> constructed, operated, and maintained to prevent inundation or washout due to floods with a <br /> 100-year return frequency. <br /> 6_8.No physical connection shall exist between wastewater piping and any domestic water supply or <br /> other domestic/industrial supply well without an air gap or approved reduced pressure device. <br /> 9.
