To whom it may concern, <br />RECEIVED <br />JUN 28 2013 <br />ENVIFiONMENTA.L <br />Reguarding the environmental health report from 5/17/18 we ha* not ddmpleted all the'needed <br />documents yet. <br />Item #102: waiting on safety kleen rep to send me record and still need safety kleen to pick up waste <br />paint. <br />Item#118: once we get the records from safety kleen we will be able to make a clear determination if <br />we are a small or large dgaler. <br />Item#119: Again once we receive the records from safety kleen we will submit copies <br />Item#123: We received a new copy of this report on 6/22/18 thanks to John Alaniz at EHD. Once we get <br />the 2017 report finalized we plan on completing the 2016 report <br />Item#507: daily inspections are now being done dally. (see attached files) <br />Item#603.: contacted safety kleen and had all waste picked up and relabeled. <br />Item#605: see 601. <br />Item# 608: see 601. <br />We are working to correct these Issues and any that come up in the future.
