The individual performing this work must be Veeder-Root certified and possess <br />the ICC California UST Service Technician Certification. <br />2. Before the alarm history is cleared, a current printout must be created and <br />available for EHD inspection. Inspection may occur during the functionality test. <br />3. EHD must witness the functionality of the monitoring system to ensure that <br />monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of California Code of <br />Regulations Title 23 and the Health & Safety Code. <br />4. The monitoring must satisfy this facility's monitoring plan. <br />5. Allow 48-hour notice for all appointments. <br />6.
