See 23 CCR § 2715(a) (2004). <br />I have signed the attached Certification on behalf of 7 -Eleven in conformance <br />with 23 CCR § 2715(a) based upon the best of my personal knowledge as of the <br />date appearing below my signature on the Certification. I understand that the <br />attached Certification is not intended to exceed the scope of requirements of 23 <br />CCR § 2715(a) and is not be deemed to impose any duty greater than that <br />imposed under 23 CCR § 2715(a). Any interpretation of the attached <br />Certification that purports to impose greater obligations than the requirements <br />set forth at 23 CCR § 2715 is hereby disclaimed. <br />Please include this correspondence with the attached Certification in the <br />appropriate file(s).
