11 January 2019 AdvancedGeo
AGE Project No. 11-2012 Environmental
Page 5 of 19 M'W
The Facility location map is included as Figure 1. Site diagrams including the location of
generator's, associated tanks, main buildings, and critical spill control structures are
depicted in Figures 2 and 3. As required under 40 CFR 112.7(a)(3), the Facility diagram
indicates the location and content of ASTs, transfer stations and connecting piping, where
appropriate.
3.5.3. Distance to Navigable Waters and Adjoining Shorelines and Flow Paths
The Facility is located on relatively level terrain. Drainage generally flows towards the
outer edges of Facility where surface runoff flows towards street storm drains that
eventually discharge into the Stockton Deep Water Channel. The AST locations are either
indoors or in curb containment areas where discharge would not be likely without damage
to either the ASTs primary and secondary shells or the curbs. Spill trajectories are
indicated on Figure 2.
3.5.4. Discharge History
The Facility has not had any discharges since the last revision of this SPCCP. Table 4
summarizes the Facility's discharge history.
3.5.5. Material Stored at this Facility — 112.7(a)(3)(i)
Oil storage at the Facility consists of seven (7) aboveground storage tanks (ASTs), oil
filled equipment, and various 55-gallon drums containing hazardous waste. Facility
containers are summarized below and included in Table 3. The approximate locations
where oil is stored are illustrated in Figures 2 and 3.
TankType Gallons
Capacity
ID Contents Location Active
Double Wall AST South of Main Generator
1 (UL 2085) 8,000 Diesel Room —supplies Yes
generator 109 A & B
Double Wall AST Main Generator Room —
2 (UL 142) 350 Diesel supplies generator Yes
109A & B
Double Wall AST Main Generator Room —
3 (UL 142) 350 Diesel supplies generator Yes
109A & B
