Immediately log into the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and <br /> submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br /> The site map was not complete as part of the business plan. The site map is a north orientation, loading areas, <br /> internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation <br /> staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map <br /> element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". This violation was corrected on <br /> site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 8 HSC 25505(a)(4) Failed to submit a training program or program is not reasonable or adequate for facility. <br /> The training program said stored at facility. Please change to say provided elsewhere in CERS under the emergency <br /> response and contingency plan section. <br /> Training programs for all employees and annual training, including refresher courses, shall include safety procedures <br /> for the event of a release or threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to,familiarity with <br /> the facility's emergency response plans and procedures. These training programs may take into consideration of <br /> each employee.
