3 . The secondary containment unit allows fuel to drip on the exterior wall . <br /> a . The wall of the secondary containment unit was found to have flexed inwards <br /> resulting in the ability for fuel leaks at the outermost area of the fuel tank to not <br /> be fully contained . The secondary containment unit wall was repaired to capture <br /> leaks on the extremities of the fuel tank . <br /> 4 . There is slight seepage of diesel fuel on cylinders 1 and 2 of the diesel motor . <br /> a . The injector seals at cylinders 1 and 2 were replaced . <br /> 5 . There is oily residue at and near the crankcase breather tube . <br /> a . The crankcase breather tube by design will discharge vapors that may contain <br /> slight amounts of oil from the crankcase . That area is cleaned up on a weekly <br /> basis . <br /> 6 . There is a melted pig pad near the secondary containment unit . <br /> a . The melted pig pad was hand scraped off of the floor using a scraper and a heat <br /> gun . <br /> 7 . There is a slight sticky residue from the melted pig pad . <br /> a . A power washer was used to remove the residue . <br /> I hope this information is helpful .
