As of January 1,2013,all businesses were required to submit all business plans electronically. Immediately <br /> log into the CERS at httpa/cers.calepa.ca.govl,enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 3 HSC 25507 Failed to establish and implement a hazardous materials business plan. <br /> A Hazardous Materials Business Plan has not been established or implemented. A Hazardous Materials Business <br /> Plan shall be established and implemented for emergency response to a release or threatened release of a hazardous <br /> material when storing hazardous materials at or above the thresholds quantities of 55 gallons for materials that are <br /> liquids,500 pounds for solids,or 200 cubic feet for compressed gas,at standard temperature and pressure. <br /> Immediately log into the Califomia Env!rDnmentai Reporting System(CERS)at hi llcers.calepal enter the <br /> required information, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 4 HSC 25508(a)(1)Failed to Complete andlor submRthe Business Activities or Ownerf0perator Identification page. <br /> The Business OwnerOperator Identification farm was not submitted. This information must be current and submitted <br /> as pan of the business pian.
