WRITTEN MONITORING AND RESPONSE PLAN UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK MONITORING PROGRAM This monitoring program must be kept at the UST location at all times. The information on this monitoring program are conditions of the operating permit. The permit holder must notify Environmental Health Department, (209) 468-3420 within 30 days of any changes to the monitoring procedures, unless required to obtain approval or a permit before making the change. Describe the preventive maintenance schedule and recording for the monitoring equipment. What month will annual monitoring certification be performed in? Maintenance and repair of the equipment is performed as needed. The VeederRoot TLS350 is certified in the month of October. Note: For new installations the secondary containment must be tested 6 months after installation. All secondary containment systems must be tested once every 36 months with initial testing performed before December3l, 2003. 8. Describe the training necessary for the operation of UST system, including piping, and the monitoring equipment. Training is provided for new employees. Training refreshers are offered as needed. The operations manual for the equipment was provided to the store operator when the equipment was installed.
