Main St, Manteca, 7-Eleven 2237-19976 <br /> Your application for a permit to install a new underground storage tank system at the above <br /> location has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Before the tanks are delivered, site-specific buoyancy calculations must be submitted. <br /> 2. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District <br /> for applicable permits. <br /> 3. Any changes shall be submitted to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (EHD) for approval prior to commencing work. All new submittals supercede <br /> the previous ones. <br /> 4. If the underground storage tank and associated piping are not installed by July 1, 2003,then <br /> the new monitoring system requirements and construction requirements under Assembly Bill <br /> 2481 must be satisfied. An addendum to this permit must be submitted to EHD and approval <br /> must be received by EHD prior to commencing work. <br /> 5. Both primary and secondary pipes shall be UL listed and bear a UL label. <br /> 6. All pipe fittings and connections shall be UL listed and bear a UL label. <br /> 7. All underground storage tanks shall be UL listed and bear a UL label. <br /> 8. All monitoring systems shall be listed on the LG113-16. <br /> 9. All testing shall be in compliance with manufacturer's instruction, section 2635 and section <br /> 2636 of California Code of Regulations (CCR). Automatic pump shutdown must satisfy CCR <br /> 2636(g). <br /> 10. All piping must slope to a containment sump with an audible/visual alarm. <br /> 11. All containment sumps will have a monitoring probe installed. <br /> 12. All equipment in contact with backfill must be corrosion protected. <br /> 13. Overfill prevention must satisfy CCR 2635(b)(2). <br /> 14. An accurate and drawn-to scale-as-built plan must be submitted to EHD prior to the final <br /> inspection. <br /> 15. A complete monitoring and response plan must be submitted prior to the final inspection. <br /> 16. All lines and tanks shall be tested for tightness, in accordance to manufacturer's guidelines <br /> by a licensed tank tester, after the tanks are in operating condition and results received prior <br /> to the final inspection. <br />
