Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Manager was not aware of complaint prior to my visit. <br /> Staff is trained on an going basis about food safety. <br /> A few employees are employed at other food facilities. <br /> No ill employees for the last two weeks. <br /> I observed dough drawer. Per employee drawers are cleaned and sanitized every night. <br /> I observed walk-in and reach-in refrigerators at 41 F or lower. <br /> I observed walk-in, reach-in refrigerators, and food storage areas.
