A. <br /> Subject: Enviro Flex Secondary Containment Piping <br /> Dear Jim: <br /> This is in response to your letter of December 29, 1992, regarding the <br /> certification of the subject product. <br /> In adding the Enviro-Flex Secondary Containment Piping to the Follow-Up <br /> Service Procedure, CMH1422, Volume I, we had confirmed that the piping <br /> met all the requirements for this type of product as documented in <br /> UI.0/ORD-C107.19-1992, Secondary Containment of Underground Piping for <br /> Flammable and Combustible Liquids. Although the testing and <br /> certification of the piping preceded the published requirements, the <br /> investigation of the piping was used as a basis for the documented <br /> requirements. <br /> In revising the Follow-Up Service Procedure, asterisks are used to <br /> indicate the changes made. A note to this effect is on the bottom <br /> right-hand corner of each page in small print, i.e. "Changes indicated <br /> by <br /> We trust that the foregoing is the explanation requested..
