As a professional courtesy I <br />agreed with your request for an extention to complete your title search and archive file review to the week of Aug <br />20-24. 1 haven't heard from you and I am not happy with how this has drifted away from you responding to my <br />inquiries and due date. <br />The current land owner/private responsible party is still actively investigating this site and with Phillips deemed the <br />last UST owner/operator, your participation is required also. <br />Please take the time to get back to me with information that you have verified Phillips Petroleum operation at this <br />site. <br />I will be adding ConocoPhillips as a responsible party this week.
