(AGE) has prepared the <br />enclosed Moiutoring Well Installation Work Plan for the above -referenced site. The work is being <br />performed as directed by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) to <br />further assess hydrocarbon -impacted soil and ground water at the subject site. <br />A site health and safety plan is currently on file with EHD.
