a ,
JOSEPH & ROSANNA PANETTA
95 West 11th Street
With more data presented and modeled, it may be possible to demonstrate that
the presence of the 500 -gallon UST can account for the raising contaminant
concentrations, but qualification for the USTCF is a matter that will be'determined -
by the USTCF. And it may eventually be shown that the former Chevron station
was a source of some or all the contamination underlying Adams Street, however
the data presented to date does not enable EHD to concur with that conclusion at
this time. The data available at this time does not demonstrate that all impacted
soil in the saturated zone on-site has been removed, although it seems unlikely
that significant masses of impacted vadose zone soil remains on-site.
Please continue to forward your comments and submittals to Michael!Infurna and
you may contact him at (209) 468-3454.
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health Division
c
4
Michael J.
