The work is being <br />performed as directed by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) to <br />further assess hydrocarbon -impacted soil and ground water west of the subject site. <br />A site health and safety plan is currently on file with EHD. A boring permit application, permit fee, <br />and oversight fee are included.
