Eleventh Street, Tracy, CA. ConocoPhillips Company, as the successor of Phillips Petroleum Company, has not yet ascertained that it was the "Last Operator of Tanks". Enclosed is a copy of the Chain of Title insurance Guarantee issued by Chicago Title Insurance Company dated November 1, 2007. It affirms that Joseph Panetta and Roseanna Panetta are the current owners of 95 W. Eleventh Street, Tracy, CA. Please note it also reflects that the Panetta's purchased three (3) adjacent lots (APN's: 233-130-024, 025, & 026) at the corner of Adams Street and Eleventh Street which were merged as one (1) APN, now known as APN 233-130-027 as of February 27, 2004, at the corner of Eleventh Street and Adams Street with a street address now known as 95 W. Eleventh Street. Phillips Petroleum Company records reference a retail station at "Adams Street and Eleventh Street". Lease documentation, copies of which are provided, reflect we had two leases at two of the lots which became 95 W. Eleventh Street. • Tidewater Oil Company, formerly Tide Water Associated Oil Company, leased a portion of the property from James J. and Leona L. Kelly commencing June 1, 1955 through June 9, 1966, at which time it assigned to Phillips Petroleum Company. • Phillips Petroleum" Company operated the assigned lease from June 9, 1966'until May -9— 1973, when it disclaimed the original Lease dated March 21,1955; from"Jaynes J. -Kelly and Leona L. Kelly. and • Tidewater Oil Company, formerly Tide Water Associated Oil Company, leased a portion of the property from Lenders Investment Company commencing August 8, 1956, through June 9, 1966, at which time it assigned to Phillips Petroleum Company.
