Per the table of contents, it should be MtBE and NOT Benzene. Correct Figure 8 and <br />resubmit please <br />- The recommendation section is confusing. You state the .site should receive "No further action and that the <br />site be closed due to the following:" yet list one bullet and that.says install (do more work) monitoring wells? <br />what's up with that? NFA means do NO more??? then propose more??? <br />clean up the recom'd section and INCLUDE the reasons why you .recommend closure. <br />do you still plan to install the wells? <br />IF I were to write a comment letter, which I amreluctant to do unitl AFTER the approved work plan has been <br />completed, I would deny the closure. residual is too.high and the site is still undefined. even if I could convinced <br />NH, NO WAY JLB will go for it. THe wells are needed. and like the Benzene plume indicates, I think there are <br />TWO plumes out there, but that 'interpretation' will be up -to NH... <br />correct the report and resubmit.
