SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS <br /> The following conclusions are based on the findings of the initial dispenser upgrade and this <br /> investigation <br /> • The soil profile is predominantly silt with a discontinuous sand layer encountered between <br /> • 15 and 20 feet in borings BI and B4 (Figure 3) Saturated conditions were encountered at I0 <br /> to 15 feet bsg in all of the borings <br />
